In the state of Louisiana under certain conditions and requirements a business with as few as two employees and/or owners can obtain group coverage. The company must be a legitimate business domiciled in Louisiana.
Will my pre-existing condition be covered under a new health plan?
If you have had comprehensive health coverage for the past 365 days with no gap in coverage of 63 days or more then your pre-existing conditions will not be excluded unless that health condition is not a covered expense of the policy you select.
Does individual health insurance coverage maternity benefits?
